Our Direct Impact in the Community

Our Direct Impact in the Community; Spectrum HR Solutions Events
Passport to the Future Program-Howard County Public Schools

Brenda McChriston has dedicated extensive volunteerism with the Passport to the Future Program. This program creates connections between students and prospective employers. The goal is to ensure that the coursework teaches students the skills they need to be a highly qualified hire, ready to meet and exceed the demands of today’s prospective employers.

This kind of innovative career development is igniting workforce development in a completely way, and Spectrum HR Solutions is proud to play such an active role in creating development opportunities for younger generations.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Engaging with the community translates to a finely tuned understanding of the needs of the communities we serve. From large +5000 corporations to small businesses with less than 50 employees, we understand that no matter the size, a business is a puzzle of each employee's work and life experiences that can create an enticing picture or a chaotic day-to-day nightmare. This picture will either help businesses thrive or weaken over time.

That principle runs through the heart of our organization and has continued to guide our practice within the business communities we serve. At Spectrum HR Solutions, we are committed to community outreach and making a direct impact. The impact of our HR services and support extend into the lives and communities of our clients and their employees.

Next Generation Impact

Next Generation Impact

We are focused on initiatives that create a direct impact for young people entering the workforce. Our goal is to help younger generations reach their career goals by helping them understand the value they bring to the workplace and gaining quality employment.

By providing younger generations with training, leadership skills, and civic engagement opportunities, our communities grow stronger and we can mold the next generation of business-minded leadership.
