Brenda McChriston invited to speak at the 2017 City of Baltimore’s HR Leadership Symposium. The topic was Employment Practices Risk Management. She provided a roadmap to the effective review of an Agency’s current practices, procedures, and processes, pinpointing trouble spots. The focus of the session was placed on how to make improvements to reduce the risks of personal and/or business legal consequences.
The HR Symposium is an Annual event of Baltimore City’s Department of Human Resources consisting of the general session, and concurrent workshops focused on HR trends, compliance, and critical workforce issues facing Agency leaders and HR practitioners. The Agency invites dynamic subject matter experts to provide the City’s HR leadership with experienced perspectives about the issues affecting them daily.
