Meet the Core Team

Brenda McChriston, Principal Productivity Partner, is an SPHR certified human resource professional. She has worked in the field of human resources management for more than 20 years in for-profit and non-profit organizations. Her key to success is relationship building, while driving strategic and technical human resources initiatives.

Ms. McChriston brings significant subject matter expertise and experience to the company. As the top Human Resources executive in several organizations, Brenda has frequently served as an advisor, consultant and coach to the senior management team, including CEO’s, in such matters as strategy development and organization change and design, executive development, culture and globalization.

Ms. McChriston is a certified Mediator and holds a Masters Degree in Business/Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University and is currently an adjunct faculty member at McDaniel College's Graduate Human Resources Development Program.



Patricia Crouch, Productivity Partner, is a key member of the HR team. Ms. Crouch brings 10 years of broad human resources experience with emphasis on training and development. In addition, Ms. Crouch has human resources expertise at all levels, including compensation design. She has excellent organization and project management skills. She is goal-oriented and works well independently and as a collaborative team member.

She has served as a member director of such organizations as: Board of Technology and Business, West Point High School; Rappahannock Community College; Virginia Association of Colleges and Employers; Southern Association of Colleges and Employers; Cecil Community College Alumni Board. She holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing from Radford University, Radford, Virginia.



Cheryl Godsey, Senior Productivity Partner, has worked in human resources since 1985. Ms. Godsey has held leadership positions in the human resources and organizational development fields. She has extensive experience in both for profit, as well as not-for-profit organizations. Her previous employers include Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, The Johns Hopkins University, The Prudential, and The Thompson Corporation.

Her notable achievements have included the development and administration of personnel systems including, organization development and quality assurance programs in several organizations. Ms. Godsey holds a Masters’ Degree in Applied Behavioral Science and a Bachelors’ Degree in Communication with a concentration in Organizational Development.



Mary Ford, Productivity Partner, is the subject matter expert in Compensation and Employee Benefits Design and Administration. With more than 10 years experience in the human resources field, Mary is an accomplished professional who has saved organizations thousands of dollars in overall health, wellness and retirement benefits.

Ms. Ford holds a Bachelors' Degree with honors from Towson State University. She has developed, implemented and managed compensation plans and Human Resources Information Systems in for- profit and non-profit organizations. Most notably, Ms. Ford effectively consolidated all health benefits and retirement plans for a major global company as part of a US merger and acquisition.

Lynne Salkowski is the company's top trainer, certified as an organization development professional with 15 years experience. Ms. Salkowski has a Masters' Degree in Applied Behavior Science from the Johns Hopkins University and has served as graduate faculty member at the College of Notre Dame. Lynne has partnered with business leaders and executives to develop and implement strategies for capacity building and change management. She has co-created a multi-cultural training team designing and implementing a national initiative designd to strengthen strategic partnerships between stakeholders.
