Brenda McChriston, Principal Productivity Partner, is an SPHR certified human resource professional. She has worked in the field of human resources management for more than 20 years in for-profit and non-profit organizations. Her key to success is relationship building, while driving strategic and technical human resources initiatives.

Ms. McChriston brings significant subject matter expertise and experience to the company. As the top Human Resources executive in several organizations, Brenda has frequently served as an advisor, consultant and coach to the senior management team, including CEO’s, in such matters as strategy development and organization change and design, executive development, culture and globalization.

Ms. McChriston is a certified Mediator and holds a Masters Degree in Business/Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University and is currently an adjunct faculty member at McDaniel College's Graduate Human Resources Development Program.

Mary Ford, Productivity Partner

Mary Ford, Productivity Partner, is the subject matter expert in Compensation and Employee Benefits Design and Administration. With more than 10 years experience in the human resources field, Mary is an accomplished professional who has saved organizations thousands of dollars in overall health, wellness and retirement benefits.

Ms. Ford holds a Bachelors' Degree with honors from Towson State University. She has developed, implemented and managed compensation plans and Human Resources Information Systems in for- profit and non-profit organizations. Most notably, Ms. Ford effectively consolidated all health benefits and retirement plans for a major global company as part of a US merger and acquisition.

Tracey Franz, Productivity Partner

Tracey Franz, Productivity Partner is an accomplished and versatile Human Resources Professional with expertise in the areas of employee counseling, recruitment, training and facilitation, workshop design and administration. Certified Professional Resume Writer, Career Development Facilitator and Myers Briggs Certified. As the human resources manager for a mid-size retail store located in Baltimore City, she created and developed all human resources activities including recruitment, hiring, orientation, training, benefits, counseling of employees and termination. Most notably, her achievements include writing the employee policy and procedures handbook; implemented and improved employee benefits package and redesigning the employee appraisal system which allowed more feedback from employees. Tracey is currently enrolled in the MSW Program, University of Maryland, Baltimore, and School of Social Work.

Lynne Salkowski

Lynne Salkowski is the company's top trainer, certified as an organization development professional with 15 years experience. Ms. Salkowski has a Masters' Degree in Applied Behavior Science from the Johns Hopkins University and has served as graduate faculty member at the College of Notre Dame. Lynne has partnered with business leaders and executives to develop and implement strategies for capacity building and change management. She has co-created a multi-cultural training team designing and implementing a national initiative designd to strengthen strategic partnerships between stakeholders.
